Who Is on the Other Side
MorosWin is operated by 3-102-944465 SRL, registered in Costa Rica. Its licence, number 0000175, was issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and the Tobique Gaming Act 2023 is the law behind it. Games with a random number generator and the live tables are certified to the Commission's requirements.
Your MorosWin Account: Four Ground Rules
- You must be 18+ (or meet a higher local age limit) and register in person with true details.
- One account per person. The same limit counts for each household, shared IP address and device, so tell support in advance if someone else plays from your home.
- Personal details are not yours to edit. If you made an honest typo, the support team corrects it.
- The account is personal and cannot be sold or shared. MorosWin never asks for your password, and two-factor login adds another lock.
Money In and Out of MorosWin

Money from someone else's card or account is refused: winnings are cancelled and the funds go back to their owner. MorosWin is not a bank, so it gives no credit and pays no interest on balances.
When the Rules Bite
Banned practices that can cost you the account. Hiding your location with a VPN or proxy, colluding with other players, betting for third parties, running duplicate accounts and arbitrage or value betting in the sportsbook. Duplicate accounts are closed and their bonuses and winnings cancelled.
If a game crashes mid-round, the bet is voided and the stake returns to your balance. Winnings credited by mistake are taken back, and a win may be checked with the game provider, which takes 3 to 14 days.
You can close your MorosWin account yourself at any time: settle open bets and write to support. Closure takes up to 15 working days, and any balance goes back by the deposit method where possible.
If You Disagree With MorosWin
Complaints are free and must be raised with support inside a six-month window. Responsible gaming cases get a reply in 2 working days and a decision in 5, which can stretch to two weeks. Other cases get a reply in 7 days and a decision in 4 weeks, or 8 in exceptional cases. If that still does not settle it, the independent CADRE service reviews the dispute at no cost to you, its decision binds both sides and court remains possible. The contact page lists the exact steps.
